Russians carried massive attack on the power system of Ukraine 

Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed suicide drones, cruise missiles from Tu-95MS aircraft, Kinzhals from MiG-31K, and guided missiles from Su-34 overnight on April 10-11. At least 10 strikes were carried out in Kharkiv and the region, and the city is experiencing new problems with electricity.


Trypillia Thermal Power Plant, that supplied Kyiv region, utterly destroyed in Russian attack

The Trypillia Thermal Power Plant (TPP) was completely destroyed in a large-scale Russian missile attack on the early morning of 10-11 April. It is noted that Ukrainian energy company Centrenergo has lost 100% of power generation. 


Russians hit thermal power plant in Sumy with guided aerial bombs

Russian troops launched an airstrike with guided aerial bombs on a thermal power plant in Sumy on the afternoon of 11 April. Preliminary information indicated that there were no casualties. The aftermath of the strike is being established.


Ukrainian parliament approves amendments to mobilization law

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, has passed a bill amending the law on mobilization, military registration, and military service. The legislation aims to improve various aspects of mobilization and military service processes.


Mandatory evacuation ordered for Kharkiv region towns bordering Russia

Mandatory evacuation of families with children was announced in 47 settlements of Kharkiv region bordering Russia, said regional military administration head Oleh Syniehubov. The region has been hit daily by Russian strikes, with the Kharkiv city mayor reporting that Kharkiv’s energy infrastructure has been “practically destroyed.”
