Russians strike residential area in Kharkiv, killing 1 and wounding 19

The Russian army today struck Kharkiv, using a guided munition for the first time. According to the latest data, 19 people were injured, including 4 children, and one person died. There are two hits - the first shot a secondary school, the second hit residential buildings directly. 


Zelenskyy visits troops in Sumy 

He also visited the base of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade in the region. He inspected the brigade's command post, battlefield fortifications, and air defense emplacements.


"Armored Vehicle Coalition" for Ukraine is launched in Warsaw

An "armored vehicle coalition" for Ukraine has been launched in Poland. The first meeting of the countries participating in the coalition took place on March 26.  Together with Poland, Germany initiated the creation of the association. Britain, Italy, and Sweden supported it. 


EU ambassadors agree on compromise on duty-free trade with Ukraine

The ambassadors of the European Union have agreed on the renewal and continuation of the so-called autonomous measures of trade with Ukraine. This was reported by the Belgian presidency of the Council of the European Union.


Kharkiv residents asked to minimize boiler use amid catastrophic electricity deficit

There is a catastrophic shortage of electricity in Kharkiv as of March 27 amid Russian strikes, the Kharkiv Heating Networks company reported, calling on residents to minimize the use of electric boilers. Kharkiv was almost completely left without electricity after the largest massive Russian attack on the power system on March 22.
