Russia launches record 75 attack drones at Ukraine, all but one downed

On the eve of the 90th anniversary of the Holodomor, the Russians launched a record number of attack UAVs at Ukraine on the night of 24-25 November. There were 75 Shahed kamikaze drones, 74 of which were shot down. The main target of the attack was Kyiv. In the capital of Ukraine an air raid alert lasted for more than six hours. 


Russian drone attack in Kyiv injures 11-year-old child, damages civilian infrastructure

Russian forces launched several drone attacks across Kyiv during the early hours of November 25, injuring an 11-year-old child and damaging civilian infrastructure in the Solomianskyi district of the city, Kyiv Mayor Vitalii Klitschko reported via Telegram. Two victims have reportedly been treated in Solomianskyi. 


Ukraine marks Holodomor Remembrance Day 

Today marks the 90th anniversary of one of the worst Soviet crimes, the Holodomor-Genocide of 1932–1933, organized by Stalin's totalitarian regime in Ukraine. The man-made famine killed several millions of Ukrainians. Since Ukraine's independence, 28 states and 3 international organizations, including the European Parliament and the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, have recognized the Holodomor of 1932–1933 as genocide against the Ukrainian people.


Zelenskyy: Ukraine to receive warships to escort vessels in Black Sea grain corridor

Ukraine has arranged with its partners that it will be receiving warships to ensure the safety of ships in the grain corridor in the Black Sea. Zelenskyy said Ukraine considers the establishment of a grain corridor without Russia to be one of the most significant achievements of this year, and is also working to ensure the safety of the ships that use this corridor.
