Zelenskyy: Next few months decisive in war against Russia, allies must define outcome
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated that the coming months will be crucial in determining the war’s course with Russia. Speaking at the American Academy of Achievement award ceremony, Zelensky urged allies to take an active role in shaping the war’s outcome, warning against allowing Russia and its “bloody allies” to dictate the future. On 22 September, Zelenskyy began his US visit to present Ukraine’s “Victory Plan” to President Biden, Congress, Kamala Harris, and Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly.
Ukrainian President Zelensky begins US visit with ammunition factory to thank workers
Under extraordinarily tight security, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Sunday, September 22, visited the Pennsylvania ammunition factory that is producing one of the most critically needed munitions for his country's fight to fend off Russian ground forces. Matt Cartwright, a Democrat who was among those who met with Zelensky at the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant, said the president had a simple message: "Thank you. And we need more."
Ukraine hits over 200 military targets in Russia using drones within a year
Ukraine has destroyed or damaged over 200 military facilities in Russia over the past year using "drone swarm" technology, Defense Minister Rustem Umerov wrote in an opinion piece for Forbes Ukraine published on September 23. "Today, Ukrainian drones fly over 1,000 kilometers (623 miles), reaching Murmansk and the Volga region, destroying Russian oil refineries and airfields," Umerov wrote.

Thirteen high-rise buildings, educational institutions, private property, cars, garages, and detached houses were damaged. The Russian military reportedly carried out seven strikes, preliminarily using KAB guided bombs.
New satellite images reveal failed launch of Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile used by Putin for intimidation
OSINT analyst George Barros has released new satellite imagery from space technology company Maxar that shows a failed test of the Sarmat super-heavy intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) at the Plesetsk cosmodrome in Russia. The OSINT analyst noted that a large crater, approximately 62 m wide, along with significant damage on and around the launch pad at the launch silo site, suggests the missile exploded shortly after ignition or launch.
