Zelenskyy: We are closer to end of war than we think, but Ukraine should be strengthened
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed optimism about the end of the war with Russia and called for stronger support from allies during an exclusive interview with ABC News on 23 September. “I think that we are closer to the peace than we think. We are closer to the end of the war. We just have to be very strong, very strong.”

Russian glide bomb attack hits high-rise residential building in Kharkiv
During the day, Russia attacked at least four districts of Kharkiv with glide bombs, with one of them hitting a high-rise apartment building in the Kyivskyi district of the city. The attack killed at least three people, and injured 22, reported Oleh Syniehubov, Kharkiv Oblast governor.
